Catering to a diverse demographic, our Philadelphia-based company currently has several major projects in development around the city and Greater Philadelphia area. “We are selling a lifestyle,” Lakhmna notes. While most of our projects currently remain local, CREI will be attaching its name to major development projects across the country and, eventually, the world. No matter where CREI chooses to develop, Singh says, each creation will be sure to project a sense of pride, purpose and integrity. “Anyone can build a home,” he says. “We want to bring something into the world that has a distinctive character and personality — not just another brick-and-mortar or vinyl-and-concrete kind of construction. We want to create places to live that will inspire awe and admiration.”
Simply put, CREI does not exist to create more of the same.
